在美国伍兹霍尔海洋研究所黄瑞新教授和香港科技大学甘剑平教授的推动下，5123导航、海洋与地球学院拟定于2015年4月14－17日在5123导航翔安校区举办“海洋中的风生、绝热与涌升运动”讲习班，诚邀广大研究生、青年科研工作者和专家学者前来参加。本次讲习班旨在让大家了解大、中尺度风生环流的基础理论与研究前沿，内容将涵盖大洋和近海风生环流的各个方面（包括风生环流的三维结构、风生环流在气候变化中的作用等），并为专家学者提供一个交流最新研究进展的平台。
为期4天的讲习班中，上午以基础理论课程为主，由黄瑞新教授、甘剑平教授等主讲。下午以前沿研究讲座为主，由美国马里兰大学郑全安教授、中国海洋大学刘秦玉教授等国内外知名专家学者做相关领域前沿研究进展报告。欢迎老师同学们参加！
